The electrical trip was genuine, but cyber-physical correlation identified a concurrent unsigned breaker command in the data pipeline — no authorised operator action produced it.
After Phase 4 the demonstration settles into a resting state — incident contained, sentinels reconfigured, core protected. Hit Replay incident in the phase banner to run it again.
